WE HAVE THE experience

Alpha Management Limited is registered in DIFC (Dubai International Financial Center) and was founded by Shaukat Murad in 2007 to provide innovative solutions for clients seeking asset protection, estate planning, company formation and tax mitigation opportunities. The founding directors have many years of experience between them, working with clients from all walks of life and arriving at individually tailored personal solutions.


We are an independent organisation that builds long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and personal attention. Our corporate clients consist of lawyers, accountants, bankers, asset managers, family offices and private service companies. Our individual clients are can be individuals from all over the world wishing to maximise the benefits arising from the legitimate use of offshore and Free-Zone structures.

Shaukat Murad (CEO & Founder)

Shaukat founded Alpha Management Limited in 2008 following the successful registration at DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) in Dubai as a Corporate Service Provider.  He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1978 where he worked for Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as an auditor and management consultant. In 1981 he left the profession and spent nine years working within the offshore banking industry in Bermuda, Guernsey, Luxembourg and London, gaining invaluable experience in the offshore financial services industry. In 1990 he acquired the firm JOHNSONS Chartered Accountants in London where he developed the firm’s consultancy and offshore department alongside its more traditional audit and general practice services. In 1994, he opened an office in the Isle of Man to service the firm’s growing offshore business. The Isle of Man based Company (Fortress Management Services Limited) has now grown into a very successful Licensed Corporate Service and Trust Provider offering innovative solutions to its worldwide clientele. In 2005 he established Alpha Offshore Limited, a London based corporate service provider. In 2007 he re-located the company to Dubai to be closer to the firm’s major clients, service MENASA based clients, and grow the business in the region. He is the sole owner of Alpha Management Limited.

Neeta Nasta (Office Manager)

Neeta joined Alpha Management Limited in April 2009,  as the manager of our main Dubai office. She brings with her a wealth of experience in administration and client management. She primarily handles the incoproation and administration of all Free-Zone (DMCC, Dubai South, RAKEZ, Ajman Free-Zone, Media City) and Local Liabilty Companies, but also oversees many other aspects of Alpha Management's administration.

Zia Murad (Deputy Managing Director)

Zia joined Alpha Management Limited in 2011 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. He has several years of experience with respect to the formation and administration of companies in a wide range of jurisdictions such as Jebel Ali Free-Zone, Ras Al Khaimah Offshore, Panama, Mauritius and British Virgin Islands. Currently he specialises in the UAE based financial Free-Zones of ADGM and DIFC, with particular emphasis on ADGM SPV's, Funds, and Tech Start-Up Licenses, and more recently DIFC FinTech Licenses and Intermediate SPV's. He has a Joint Honours Degree in Business Management and Spanish, speaks French and Spanish, and has lived for several years in the MENA region. He has previously worked in UK, Spain, and Algeria. He is also running the branch of Alpha Management that operates out of Mauritius.

Ahmad Khawar (Finance Manager)

Ahmad joined Alpha Management Limited in 2013 and currently serves as its Finance Manager. He is the point of contact in relation to Accounting & VAT inquiries. He is FCCA and UAECA qualified with over 8 years experience in finance and accounting functions, and managing internal controls. His primary roles are to handle Financial and Management accounts, advise on VAT registration & filings, and the implementation of accounting applications for our clients.

Prem Menaria (Company Administrator)

Prem started with Alpha Management in July 2017. He looks after general office administration, as well as assisting with Accounting Services, and has particular experience with Free-Zones and bank accounts. He has a Masters Degree in Management Practice from Ireland, and previously lived in the UK.

Manzar Jawaid  (Finance & Compliance Manager)

Manzar joined Alpha Management Limited in January 2018 as a Finance & Compliance Manager to service the needs of regulated firms in the DIFC and ADGM as an Outsourced Finance Officer. He is FCCA, ACA and UAECA qualified with some 15 years of experience in the fields of Finance Officer for DFSA regulated entities (Cat 3C and Cat 4), Financial & Management Accounting and System Design & ERP Implementation. Whilst his primary role is to service clients as an Outsourced Finance Officer which includes overseeing finance / accounting functions, ensuring that the accounts are maintained according to IFRS and applicable rules, submission of PIB returns through EPRS, establishing and monitoring the implementation of the company’s financial policies, procedures, system and controls. He is also available to advise clients in his areas of expertise such as VAT and advisory services including applications for regulated entities, preparation of financial projections, policies and manuals.

Adan Waqar (Accountant)

Adan joined Alpha Management in June 2018. He is a member of the ACCA (Associated Chartered Certified Accountants) & UAECA (UAE Chartered Accountants). He has more than 5 years of experience in General Accounting, External Audit, Managing Internal Control and Value Added Tax. He also has valuable experience on Quick Book, Sage One Accounting Software & other ERP systems.

Bins Baby Varghese (Company Administrator)

Bins joined Alpha Management Limited in August 2018 and handles general administration and formation of companies. He has over 11 years of experience in general administration and client management.
