Director and Founder
Shaukat Murad qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1978 where he worked for Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) as an auditor and management consultant. In 1981 he left the profession and spent nine years working within the offshore banking industry in Bermuda, Guernsey, Luxembourg and London, gaining invaluable experience in the offshore financial services industry.
In 1990 he acquired the firm JOHNSONS Chartered Accountants in London where he developed the firm’s consultancy and offshore specialisms alongside its more traditional audit and general practice services. In 1994, he opened an office in the Isle of Man to service the firm’s growing offshore business. The Isle of Man based Company (Fortress Management Services Limited) has now grown into a very successful licensed Corporate Service and Trust Provider offering innovative solutions to its worldwide clientele. In 2005 he established Alpha Offshore Ltd, a London based corporate service provider. In 2007 he re-located the company to Dubai to be closer to the firm’s major clients, service MENASA based clients and grow the business in the region. Alpha Offshore Limited was merged into Alpha Management Limited in 2008 following the successful registration at DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) in Dubai as a Corporate Service Provider. In 2013 he established a joint venture with Fidinam Group Holding SA who acquired a minority stake in the Company. Two years later he decided to become wholly independent again and bought back the minority share stake from Fidinam Group Worldwide / Fidinam Dubai and with effect from January 2015 is the sole owner of Alpha Management Limited.
Neeta joined Alpha Management Limited in April 2009 as the Manager of our Dubai office. She brings with her a wealth of experience in administration and client management. Neeta will be the first point of contact for all inquiries. She will then liaise with other members of staff within the Alpha Group to ensure that the enquiry has been dealt with and all matters handled professionally.
Zia joined Alpha Management Limited in 2011 and is involved with the formation and administration of companies. He has a Joint Honours degree in Business Management and Spanish, speaks French and Spanish and has several years of business experience. He has previously lived and worked in UK, Spain and Algeria.
Soni joined Alpha Management Limited in March 2013 and handles general administration and formation of companies. She has over 6 years of experience in corporate administration and services with a focus on Offshore Company formation.
Ahmad joined Alpha Management Limited in December 2013 as an accountant. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2010 and has 6 years of experience in general accountancy, managing internal controls and dealing with external auditors.
Miriam joined Alpha Management in October 2014 as a Compliance Manager. She has a Bachelors Degree in Law and has also completed the International Compliance Association (ICA) Diploma with distinction. Her previous work experience includes; practicing as a lawyer, providing consultancy services in various legal outsourcing firms and in the area of financial services and regulatory compliance within the DIFC. She handles outsourced compliance services to firms authorised by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and incorporates regulated and non-regulated companies, partnerships, funds and other legal structures within the DIFC.
Hoda joined Alpha Management in April 2017. She is involved with the formation and administration of companies, with a focus on mainland Local Liability Companies (LLC) and Freezones. She speaks Arabic and French, and has previously worked in the Trust & Corporate Services industry in Geneva.
Prem started with Alpha Management in July 2017. He looks after general office administration, as well as assisting with Accounting Services, and general administration for clients. He has a Masters Degree in Management Practice from Ireland, and previously lived in the UK.
Finance and Compliance Manager
Manzar joined Alpha Management Limited in January 2018 as a Finance & Compliance Manager to service the needs of regulated firms in the DIFC and ADGM as an Outsourced Finance Officer. He is FCCA, ACA and UAECA qualified with some 15 years of experience in the fields of Finance Officer for DFSA regulated entities (Cat 3C and Cat 4), Financial & Management Accounting and System Design & ERP Implementation. Whilst his primary role is to service clients as an Outsourced Finance Officer which includes overseeing finance / accounting functions, ensuring that the accounts are maintained according to IFRS and applicable rules, submission of PIB returns through EPRS, establishing and monitoring the implementation of the company’s financial policies, procedures, system and controls. He is also available to advise clients in his areas of expertise such as VAT and advisory services including applications for regulated entities, preparation of financial projections, policies and manuals.
