Free Zone Business Setup in Ajman

Ajman Free Zone was established in 1988 and granted autonomous status under the Amiri Decree No.3 of 1996 issued by Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, ruler of Ajman with the Ajman Free Zone Authority named as the sole regulatory agency. The formation of the Authority in 1996 gave impetus to industrial activity in the economic zone, allowing it to claim the title to being one of the fastest growing Free Zones in the region. A massive development plan spread over one million square metres is under progress which on completion will be able to accommodate 9,000 companies. Ajman's proximity to Sharjah and Dubai provides easy accessibility to the two international airports and four ports. Ajman Port serves over 1,000 vessels per year, with twelve berths. AFZ offers a very competitive pricing structure and fast turnaround times.
